Nei pressi dell’appartamento che dista 10 metri dal principale corso cittadino è possibile trovare ristoranti, tipiche locande, osterie ed enoteche, internet café oltre che negozi per ogni sorta di shopping.

Nel raggio di 5 minuti si raggiungono a piedi tutte le maggiori aree di interesse turistico e culturale della città, dal Duomo (200mt), al teatro Mancinelli (100 mt), al pozzo di San Patrizio (250 mt).



Ad Orvieto si può trovare arte, storia, monumenti, relax, ed una antica e famosissima cultura enogastronomica che ha reso questa cittadina famosa nel mondo.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Flavia for three nights in September 2007. The apartment was fantastic-- very nicely decorated, convenient, and comfortable. Roberta and her family were also very helpful and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is very spacious with a living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom, and a terrace. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Orvieto is a beautiful town and we will definitely return to Casa Flavia! Ciao!

We wanted to add a comment on how much we loved the apt. in Orvieto. My husband, daughter and grand-daughter stayed at Casa Flavia for only 2 nights and wished that we had planned our visit so we could have stayed longer. We loved the apt. It was clean, spacious, with a wonderful kitchen, terrace, and was so clean. We had everything we needed and we loved Orvieto. Roberta and her husband are wonderful and so helpful We look forward to returning for a longer time and highly reccommend this apt. for everyone.

Our stay at CASA FLAVIA was WONDERFUL—even better than advertised. The accommodations were PERFECT: clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Bonuses were a washing machine and a huge private and quiet terrace. The owners were always available and always helpful----they even provided free transportation to the train station. We will certainly recommend this apartment to all our friends and will ourselves go back for another visit. Orvieto is a perfect city to visit and Casa Flavia is the perfect place to stay.
